1. Our Policy

Due to the immediate nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been accessed or downloaded.

2. Exceptions

We may offer refunds in cases of duplicate charges, technical failures on our part, or if the product was not as described.

3. How to Request

Contact hello@thecroco.us within 48 hours of purchase with your transaction ID from Paddle.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed via Paddle and typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
